Augmentation des prix de mobilier

Les prix de l'immobilier augmente dans les grandes ville.

Sur un an +6% pour Paris, +6.1% pour Lyon, +6,8% pour Bordeaux, +4.3% pour Nantes.

Les acquereurs poussés par un persperctive de hausse des taux de crédit se hâtent pour investir dans leur futur logement.

En effet, depuis 12 mois, les OAT à 10 ans ont passé la barre des 1% avec pour effet immédiat l'augmentation des taux d'emprunt immobilier qui se sont établis en janvier à 1,60 % sur 20 ans en moyenne.
Le début d'année est  toujours plus favorable pour négocier son emprunt, car les banques cherchent de nouveaux clients.
